• Felonies and misdemeanors from a grand jury indictment
• Juveniles who are over the age of 14 year old, who have certified to Circuit Court by the Juvenile Domestic Relations Court
• Civil Case
  • Exclusive jurisdiction in the majority of cases greater than $15,000
  • Concurrent jurisdiction with the General Court for claims ranging from $4,500 to $15,000

• Appeals from the General District Court
